The key features of the AFS 224 are the operational module and filter release capabilities of the fixed and active filters. The operating module of the active filter provides operational flexibility to continuously update the position of the filter. The automatic release feature of the filter optimizes the sound by, in turn, automatically eliminating the filters that are no longer needed.

Feedback suppression processors of 10 to 12 filters have become the de facto standard. The AFS224 once again enhances this tradition by developing narrow bandwidths of up to 1/80 octave bandwidth per filter with up to 24 filters that were previously only available on advanced military product lines .
Except for more feedback suppression filters. AFS224 also offers optional modules, active filter release and select the type of filter. These filters are quickly and easily available via the intuitive user interface on the front panel.
